Use of the app

Sparkpane is provided as-is for personal and commercial use. By installing the app you agree to use it only against hosts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the consequences of any instruction you send.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe on sparkpane.com and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage your subscription, including cancellation and refund requests, from your account page.

No affiliation with Anthropic

Sparkpane is an independent companion for Claude Code. It is not built, endorsed, or supported by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, used here only to describe the product Sparkpane integrates with.

Liability

Sparkpane provides no warranty as to the correctness of instructions delivered to remote hosts. The maximum liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

When these terms change we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify users in-app for any material changes before they take effect.
